Thanks to the parents that helped out! I believe it went more smoothly than Mme. Harmatiuk thought possible.

And this is what we did after you left:

October 29

Tomorrow is pumpkin carving day! Remember, if you have pumpkin carving utensils, please send them in with your child. I know there are a few parents coming in. To avoid bloodshed, I will need help.

Wednesday will go as follows:

- grade 2 classroom rotation to different centres in morning
- lunch will be light snack and maybe a hotdog/drink
- parade at 1PM
- class party from 1:30-3 with more food and fun and movie

Remember that costumes are for the afternoon only and not to be worn to school. Thursday is a PD day. Friday is a regular school day full of candy hangovers I am sure!
